Rolling rock is a brand that appeals to a younger audience - those who like to think of themselves as "different" and "non-conformist". The campaign was pretty irreverent so we decided to center all the site around stories about 4 regular characters that at some time in the future would all meet and head to the Town Fair, where Rolling Rock would sponsor a rock show at the end of August.
As the characters interacted with each other, new areas of the site would be revealed in time - so if the guy heard about the concert on the radio, only then there would be a link on the site to information about the concert.

For the visual aspect, I tried to use a little bit of a "grunge" style, but with lots of white spaces and somewhat made it look cleaner and more sanitized than normal - I figured I didn't want to associate a drink with black and dirt and rust....
The flash films ended up being incredibly well done and the movements and look couldn't have been more perfect. |
