Personal Photographic Experiment February 2001  
One morning I took my camera out and went on a path between the agency and one of the shopping areas of Vancouver - taking pictures, aimlessly. It all took about 10 mins.

When I came back I used some pictures for the concept I was developing for this client. The project didn't take off and I was left with all those curious images of people walking down the street, minding their own businesses. When I was compiling the pictures I started to think about what those people would be thinking at that specific time, and I started to feel how exciting and diverse the world out there really is.

 

We are usually so focused on our own problems and tasks that we don't even assume there are another 1.000 people around us with other 1.000 problems and tasks each. It's overwhelming...
